What’s worth writing about
Corrections. A price that has moved, a cartridge part number that changed, a certification we described loosely. These are the most useful emails we get and they get fixed the same week.
Questions about your own kitchen. Cabinet depth, no spare faucet hole, low incoming pressure, well water — send the details and we will point you at the guide that covers it, or write one if it doesn’t exist yet.
Manufacturers. We are happy to receive specification sheets, certification documents and cartridge schedules. We do not accept payment for placement, we do not run sponsored reviews, and sending us a product does not buy a mention — we don’t test hardware, so there is nothing for us to do with it.
